·          "It’s faster to just do it myself!"  When you try to do everything yourself, you waste precious resources-time, money, creativity and energy. We’ll look at ways to choose which tasks make the best use of your time and generate the best results.

·         "I’ll just work harder (and longer)."  Working harder is not the answer! If you’re pushing a stone uphill, more effort will help – but in business it’s not the amount of effort that determines the results.  We’ll find out what really works.

·          "I don’t have enough time to plan."  Failing to plan is planning to fail. But, what plans do you need and how can you use them to increase your success habits?
